Budget 2011 Date announced

Surprising a few, Brian Lenihan has revealed the date of Budget 2011 quite early this year. The Budget has been set for Tuesday 7th December. It is thought that some of the Budget deficit will have to be made up through taxation increases – up to this point, the emphasis has been on spending cuts

Equitable but not Neutral

Just some quick thoughts on the Commission on Taxation and Stamp Duty.
