Service Charges Tax Credit. Way back in the Budget in December 2009, it was announced that the services charges tax credit would be abolished in 2011. But there was no mention of Service Charges in the 4 year plan, which I found strange.  But even stranger it wasn’t mentioned in Budget day in Dec 2010
